Our AI In-App chatbot, Alfred has been trained on all the help center articles, all previous release notes, and all information on our own homepage. Just click on the Foodback smiley in the bottom right corner in Foodback and you'll see three choices:

Ask a question
Search for help
Choose "Ask a question" to meet and chat with Alfred. Ask specific questions about how Foodback works, how to find the data you're looking for, how to get more responses, how to keep your customers engaged—anything about Foodback! Since Alfred is trained on all Foodback documentation, even a general question like "How do campaigns work?" will give you an answer based on all knowledge available.
All answers will also provide you with a citation link to the article the answer was derived from. Click on the link to take a deep dive into the source material.
➡️ Alfred is also trained to recognize requests that require manual action, such as adding new questions or setting up new venues. For these specific tasks, or if Alfred cannot answer your question, the chat will be sent directly to our support queue for manual handling. At the moment, we can't promise 24/7 live chats, but we monitor the queues frequently and strive to answer all requests as as soon as possible.
