In this release we have enhanced the Foodback Goals, fixed several bugs, and included some background optimizations.
Augmented Goals 🥅
🥳 Goals is more than monitoring the quality, now you can monitor the quantity as well!
Are some table tents missing? Is the email send-out missing a link? Is the wrong QR-code on display? Does your crew need to encourage scanning? Use the new functions in Goals to keep track of your units that are not getting enough feedback!
💍 Now you can set goals for engagement in addition to the standard goals for Pulse. Engagement is simply a response from a guest, including Pulse and Campaign answers. Set the goal for the number of responses and copy it to all venues or set individual numbers pr venues.
👀 Monitor the total number of respondents per month and receive a notification if the goals are not achieved. Set up your notifications for Pulse or Engagement and add the email of recipients per venue.

Squashed Bugs 🐞
There are a few bugs that have been a bit annoying and we have really done a job on getting rid of them. Here are few of the bothersome ones:
Changing the time zone of the account re-enforced all questions. A time consuming issue that is now history.
Some Live Notifications were not being sent. Don't miss out anymore, this is resolved.
Re-directing went a bit haywire at times but we have control of this now.
There were sometimes issues when creating new users, it was sporadic but we found it and now it's fixed!
There are some other smaller and niche issues that we fixed as well 🎉
