Ordering Mobile Payment is done in a couple of simple steps. The process varies some between Vipps and Alipay.

Go to "Settings &gt; Bill Folder &gt; Mobile Payment"

Click "Order" on the payment provider you choose

For Vipps: You complete by filling in and signing their digital form.

For Alipay: You will be contacted by Apay Nordic to sign a merchant agreement

After ordering, you are free to configure Mobile Payment with Foodback

You will be contacted by mail when everything is ready for you to activate mobile payment

The prices vary depending on the total revenue of your restaurant or the chain you belong to. You will see your price by <a href="https://fbi.foodback.com" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">logging into Foodback</a>.

We have put a lot of time and effort into making the payment experience as smooth and quick as possible. A payment with Foodback should not take more than a minute to complete, and the guest does everything by themselves, so your waiters can focus on service.
