Look Over and Customize Questions
Foodback is an all-inclusive solution, with high quality questions delivered out of the box. If you want to put your touch on it, you can easily disable standard questions, or add your own.
Go to "Settings" > "Foodback Questions" to configure.
For venue chains/groups with 2+ venues
Foodback is built to handle everything from single venues to multi-national chains with 100+ venues. In order to do that, we have created two levels of access. The topmost is called Account, where you can control stuff like branding, questions and advertisement. You decide if this should be locked and forced on all venues for the sake of consistency, or if you like give the venues some more freedom.
