Enable your guests to leave feedback in their native language

Not everyone speaks English, so offering your guests a chance to give feedback in their own language will increase the chance of getting that feedback.

Enabling New Languages

At the account level, you set which languages you want to make available for your venues. To enable a new language, enter "Settings > Configuration > Regional Settings". This is also where you set the default language, which is what the guests see first.

Actions Required When Enabling New Languages

  • All default questions are already translated

  • If you have added custom questions, these need to be translated.
    โ€‹Questions missing translation will be in English

  • You need to manually activate languages for each venue (may differ from region to region)
