Not everyone speaks English, so offering your guests a chance to give feedback in their own language will increase the chance of getting that feedback.
Enabling New Languages
At the account level, you set which languages you want to make available for your venues. To enable a new language, enter "Settings > Configuration > Regional Settings". This is also where you set the default language, which is what the guests see first.
