Increase the number of foodbacks with our engaging Happy Wheel

All venues using our QR Codes or Integration can activate Rewards. This is a fun way to engage your users to leave more feedback.

How to Activate and Configure

Go to "Settings" > "Rewards" to set it up. You select the following properties:

  • Prize text (detailing the prize)

  • Win frequency (how often somebody should win)

  • Bar Code (optional)

  • Voucher validity in days

How It Works

  1. Leave feedback

  2. Spin the Happy Wheel

  3. Winners enter their email to receive a voucher for the prize set by you
    We send the voucher by email, GDPR compliant

  4. Non-winners go directly to your advertisement page 

How the Voucher Is Claimed

Winners receive a voucher by email (a link to the voucher page). The process to claim the prize is the following:

  1. Winners open the email they received from Foodback

  2. Winners show the voucher to your personnel

  3. Your personell marks the voucher as used

  4. When marked, the voucher cannot be used again

Rewards Analytics

In Foodback, you can easily see how many rewards you have given, how many vouchers have been used and how many that have expired. This is done by navigating to  "Rewards" in the main menu of each venue.
