Foodback AS privacy statement gives you a clear understanding of how we collect, use, protect or otherwise handle your Personal Data in accordance with our website.
This Privacy Statement applies for Foodback AS and explains why we collect personal information about people who visit our website, how we use it and how we keep it secure.
Foodback AS, by the CEO, is responsible for processing and protecting the company’s gathering of personal data. Furthermore, it may be necessary to process personal data in order to fulfill an agreement with the data subject or to fulfill a legal obligation. Consent to the processing of personal data may be withdrawn at any time in accordance with GDPR.

If, on the other hand, you do not have an active customer relationship, we will only send such marketing if you have given us consent to this.
