This month, we've been hard at work behind the scenes! We've introduced a sleek new design for the All Foodbacks table, upgraded the visual logic in the Unit Scoreboard, enhanced the Goals Report and implemented several internal management improvements.
📋 The All-New "All Foodbacks" Table
All Foodbacks is our most visited page, and while it has always been a fan favorite, it's now even better! 🥳
We've introduced a sleek new table format and streamlined the filtering options, making it easier than ever to tailor the view to your specific needs. Some of the new features include:
Dynamic sorting: Instantly organize your data by clicking on any column header.
Customizable views: Use Column Groups to toggle specific groups of data on or off, showing only the columns you need.
Improved Navigation: Choose your preferred number of rows per page and navigate quickly using intuitive page arrows.

⚖️ Unit Scoreboard Upgrade
The new design of Foodback is beautiful, but we realized the color scheme for tracking goals wasn't quite perfect yet. Some colors were too similar, making it difficult to see at a glance how your units were performing against their targets.
We have remedied this by improving the visual contrast:
Below Goal: Scores that haven't yet reached the goal now feature a distinct background color.
Critical Scores: For the lowest scores, we have added a high-contrast inversion to make them stand out immediately.
🥳 Improved Goals report
We rely on your feedback to improve Foodback! You told us the Goals Report needed more clarity and actionable tips for low-feedback periods.
Here's what's changed:
Clearer Alerts: The email subject and title now state "Goals Missed Notification" with added emojis (❗️) for emphasis.
Visual cues: Inside the email, the phrase "did not meet" is bolded and missed goals are marked with a warning symbol.
Actionable Advice: We've added a link to our "How to Get More Engagement and Feedback" Help Center article.
Administrative Clarity: We've removed the "Unsubscribe" link (since they cannot do that themselves) and added information explaining why they receive this email, and that an admin needs to remove them.
🤘 New Metadata for Accounts and Units
Not everything we make is visible to the end users, but it is very useful for both the end users and our customer success team! 🌟 We have introduced several new metadata fields to the Units and Accounts, which significantly improve our ability to provide proactive support and perform deep-dive internal analyses.
Some of the new data points include: Customer Success Manager, the Foodback Pillar, and unit location. These additions may not be visible, but they provide the foundation for faster follow-ups and a more organized Foodback experience for everyone.

We can't keep this a secret any longer! We will soon be releasing our all-new Flexible Portal! 🥳 You'll be able to build your own portal using, images, videos, text blocks and banners. Add SoMe links with a simple click and much more. It's highly customizable and looks great across all our different pillars.
