In this release we have enhanced the Foodback Copilot, freshened up the overall design of Foodback, did lots of upgrades both under the hood and in the cab, added several set-up improvements and squashed a bug or two along the way.

Our Foodback Copilot has received a massive upgrade! Now we can give you a comprehensive answer based on combined data sources. While we were previously limited to one data source at a time, now we utilize multiple sources in a single response. This provides deeper insights by fetching data from Pulse, comments, One More Question, the Web and demographics. All relevant information is combined, analysed, and delivered in an easy-to-read summary, telling you exactly what you need to know.

We also have a more powerful comment search thanks to a completely re-written analysis of all comments. This gives us clearer and more nuanced answers.

We have fine-tuned the personality of our Copilot who now behaves like a seasoned analytical resource within your enterprise. You will get concise responses or longer deep dives depending on the way the question is presented.

It takes a while to analyse so much data, but we have optimized the underlaying agents, allowing for parallel processing, resulting in a considerable performance increase.

Finally the look and feel of Copilot has received a major "do-over" from the front-end team giving you a fresher and more delightful user experience.

We know that the user survey works beautifully and is lightning-fast, but it was time for a face-lift. We have freshened up the Pulse survey with a new header design and improved the rating buttons. Our well-loved Foodback Smiley is still there, but now it's even more intuitive for your customers.

We now use a light version of your chosen brand color in all heading, includeing questions, Consumer Insight. Happy Wheel, OMQ and Campaigns. Additionally, the Happy Wheel got it's own face-lift and the Ad Space covers the full width of the screen.

Framework upgrades can feel like the "boring" part of development since they aren't always visible, but they are essential! While you might not see these changes immediately, things under the hood are humming.
